Since 1993, Bradley Cleveland Community Services formed Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation, a 501c3 non-profit that manages 46 safe, affordable rental units for low-income families.

Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation is a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), an adopter of the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling and a strong partner of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.

Safe and affordable housing is essential to building healthy families and communities.

Services for securing and stabilizing housing are available to first time home buyers, homeless families and individuals, tenants and those families and individuals at-risk of homelessness.

Homebuyer’s Education

Our Homebuyer education class is an eight hour comprehensive preparatory workshop, covering a broad range of topics to transform our customers into confident homebuyers. Our THDA- certified trainers will answer all of their questions, empowering them to make homeownership a reality. Our mission is to ensure their success as homeowners.
