Employment Assistance

Jobs for Life

Practical counsel on careers and their pathways to enter clients through a six week program called Jobs for Life. Participants will receive assistance with resume writing, job applications, and other work-related skills.

Second Chance Program

This ex-offender reentry program is designed to decrease the probability of recidivism for Bradley County participants.   After completing their sentences, ex-offenders have difficulties finding jobs, adequate housing or even attaining photo identification. These difficulties lead to more problems and often cause the ex-offender to get into trouble again.

The purpose of Second Chance is to mitigate these problems to allow the offender to concentrate on adjusting to life on the outside. This program also allows ex-offenders to befriend others in a support system that can be helpful and also promotes a team environment.

If you are experiencing barriers in the pursuit of employment, this program is for you.
